Khairy is a licensed general contractor. He is an experienced construction project manager with a proven track record of delivering projects to the highest quality standards while achieving client satisfaction. He has expertise in managing diverse projects, including ground-up commercial projects, high-rise buildings, hospitality, office buildings, tenant improvements, and life sciences. Khairy, like Aladin, has found more fulfillment in applying his skillset to custom luxury homes and being involved in the means and methods of every aspect of the project.

Aladin is a licensed civil engineer with years of experience in engineering, construction testing & inspection, and construction project management. He has managed large-scale ground-up construction projects, including convention centers, data centers, and airports, demonstrating expertise in delivering high-quality results. Aladin has always been interested in the high end finishes of the projects he's managed, which lead him to pivot to the residential space.
